Charming house at the end of a 200 meter's driveway surrounded by beautiful scenery. The place is clean, quiet and very comfortable. Spacious and cozy room with a nice private bathroom. The common areas are tastefully decorated, well furnished and includes a functional kitchen. Nice filling breakfast. The heart of this place and what really makes it stand out is the hostess Olga. She cooks in the morning, keep the house spotless and create a homely and welcoming atmosphere. Secure gated parking. We could even get our motorcycles under a roof. There is 2.5 km to Salento - It's a beautiful walk. If you don't like longer walks it's easy to catch one of the jeeps that constantly transport tourists between Salento and El Bosque de Las Palmas 9 km up the valley. You just walk down to the street and wave one down. There is a couple of restaurants just up the street from the house if you don't feel like cooking.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Finca Campestre La Adelita, and it was genuinely one of the most heartwarming experiences we’ve had. The owner, Sonia, is an absolute gem—she welcomes you like you’re part of her family, which makes the whole experience feel incredibly homely. On the evening we arrived, Sonia hosted a little cheese and wine gathering for all the guests, and we spent the evening chatting in her sitting room, feeling utterly at home. She even gave us a brand new bedroom—it was the first time anyone had stayed in it—and it was absolutely lovely. The finca itself is a charming, traditional Colombian farmhouse, family-run, and full of character. Sonia makes her own cheese and butter, and breakfast is a homemade feast with fresh ingredients straight from the farm. You’ll find hens, goats, horses, parrots, and even a cow on the finca, all adding to that warm, rustic atmosphere. It’s a perfect place if you’re looking for a genuine, down-to-earth, and utterly charming Colombian experience. We couldn’t have felt more looked after or more at home, and I can’t recommend it enough if you want a cosy, farm-style stay with a truly personal touch.

The place is a perfect spot for relaxing. From the bed you get the view from the mountains and wake up to the sunrise and birds singing or the view of a Hummingbird having breakfast outside your window. You can fall asleep with the sound of the river that crosses down the valley or relax in the hammock reading a book. The place is located is an area where you can start lots of hiking paths for birdwatching. The property itself has lots of different animals (all of them very sweet and friendly). The hosts are very helpful in giving you ideas about what and how to get around. We had a great time. Thank you :).

We had a great stay at this Hospedaje! The room is spacious, modern and clean, the breakfast was truly delicious. We also liked the location with immediate trails to start a hike to a coffee farm or waterfalls. Just minor things were missing for perfection, such as darker curtains (the room was very bright at 6am) or thicker walls (could hear the neighbor snoring 😄).

We loved our stay here. The room and bathroom was lovely and modern. The shower, wifi and breakfast were excellent! And Yannick was an excellent host, even booking us a 5am taxi to the airport and getting up to make us coffee and make sure we got off safely.
