Excellent place! In the middle of the nature. Many animals/birds coming in the morning. The owner is a very good chef/cook and makes delicious breakfast/dinner. The refugio is very close to the mirador/viewpoint (just 5min walking). Great place to calm down, have some great peaceful time in the nature

For the amount you pay this is such a great place. Was way nicer, quieter and better than a more expensive hotel we stayed in before and 1/3 of the price. Staff was wonderful and the rooftop jaccuzi is great.

The hostel was very comfortable and well located but above all, it's the kindness of Juan Esteban, the owner, who made my stay special. He is very helpful and available and gives great advice to help his guests. The accommodation is very good especially for its price. I totally recommend.

We had an amazing time at Serendipity. Guillermo made sure we had everything we needed and made us feel like we were home. The room was clean and spacious. We took advantage of the kayak and all of the amentities It’s a very special place and I would recommand anyone passing by Guatape staying at least one night.
