This was a cute lodge along one of the little alleyway canals. It was perfectly located very close to the main Pingjiang Lu strip of shops and to sights like the Humble Administrators Garden but still very quiet and safe. The lodge was tastefully decorated (loved the traditional decor) and the room was very comfortable and clean. The lovely staff were also super helpful and hospitable, sending me all kinds of information and were very responsive - I loved my stay there!

super helpful staff, they gave us a very friendly welcome and tips around the area, as well as helped receive a package for us and keep things at the front desk for pickup. there‘s no elevator but they will help you with luggage, and were always very nice. the apartment is located conveniently to the subway and very close walking distance to the gusu old town district where most of the sightseeing spots are. it‘s not directly in the main tourist street tho, so it‘s relatively quiet, and had all the facilities needed. the room was quite big, comfortable for 2 persons. it‘s made of wood and has a modern chinese style interior design. would book again :)

Lovely little guesthouse near metrostation. Not far from Pingjiang street, lots of restaurants also nearby. Room was clean and cozy. Owner was lovely.

Close to metro (5 minutes), Guanqian Street (Night market), Pingjiang Road (Water Town), Twin Pagodas and Humble Administrator’s Garden. Just be mindful Ganjiang E Road is really wide, need to walk very fast to cross in one light signal. The bathroom is well designed. The bread and pastry at the bakery/reception is amazing.

The localtion was excellent, right on the edge of Tongli so very easy to get to water town, there was a lovely view from the window of the bridge and waterway. The host went out of their way to help us locate a restaurant that could accommodate my nephew's nut allergy. Highly recommended
