Location and affable hosts. Relaxed town within easy reach of major venues. Train station is a short walk. We just spent eight days in Aigle at this wonderful BnB. At first we thought Aigle might be an odd, out of the way place to stay but it was great. It is conveniently located for getting back-and-forth through the wine country, up to Lausanne, and even out to Zermatt. We had a car, so the secure, gated parking was appreciated. The host were charming and attentive. The facilities were spotless and the beds comfortable. One of the best BnB’s we stayed at. And of course, there was Chester the black lab who greeted us gently whenever we returned …

It’s difficult to explain our feelings in this place, in fact, this place could perfectly be our “house in Switzerland” (maybe impossible for a hotel or another kind of place) Pauline and Pierre are absolutely indescribable, their kindness, hospitality, happiness and positive vibes not only represent a couple of good hosts but also an example of how the people have to work in this kind of business. Pauline, you’re a fantastic woman, your strength and dedication are truly difficult to find and is a motivation for all the couples like us Pierre, despite of the great level of your wife, your absolutely amazing as well, your pieces of advice for everything, your generosity and your determination are another reason to come back and see you. We have the lucky thing of traveling so much but we can confirm that this is one of our favorites places in the hole world. THANKS FOR EVERYTHING, please keep your positive energy!

The owners, who also personally manage the Chalet, are the most warm and helpful hosts. They were on top of communication, very relaxed as they accommodate everyones needs and manage this place where spaces are to be shared. It was very well kept with shoes left outside, dishes clean and the kitchen space well organised and clean. The shared bath space was clean, well kept and adequate for everyone. The location of the Chalet is perfect, on the Main Street across from the bus station and not far from the main train station.

Rarely saying this, but really everything ! La Sepey is small, hotel is easy to find- great base to explore the region. Hotel itself is charming, plenty of parking just across the street; rooms perfectly clean and spacious. And there are sauna and steam bath on second floor too! Staff is very friendly… overall, highly recommended!

Where do I start? I mean this has been one of the best bookings we have had during our one month long trip through Europe. Beautiful place, super clean, amazing beds, well located. 1000% worth it. But what was most incredible, were the hosts. We had an issue with our luggage after leaving and they went above and beyond to help us resolved this issue successfully.
