Very friendly host and interesting conversations. The plan was to stay for one night but they had so cute goats outside that our son just adored so we stayed a second night. If our Interrail pass had not expired soon and we needed to go back to Sweden we would have stayed another night. Churwalden has the longest rodelbahn in Switzerland. Don't miss that on your stay which is a 15 minute walk from the accommodation. I can also recommend a hike up on the mountain Fulenberg above the rodelbahn if you are trying out the rodelbahn and you will save your knees a little bit on the way down.

One of the best cheap lodgings I've ever seen! Ultra clean, the room has everything you might need: large wardrobes, it comes with towels, hairdryer and a welcome gift. Lockable garage for the bike (it's not where you think it is, look farther!). Silent position. The terrace (for the guests, not the restaurant's) is also awesome, I didn't expect that!

What a great service and hospitality. Very clean en spacious rooms. Excellent breakfast. Great location with parking and near a train station. Skiing & snowshoeiing possibilities in winter. Cycling and hiking in summer. I have stayed in many guest houses and hotels before, but I must admit that this place is on top of my list.
