Location of the hotel, its equidistant from Interlaken Ost and Interlaken west. Walking distance of 15-18 min from both of these. Many food outlets and Coop supermarket at less then 2-3 min of walking distance. The helpful and guiding nature of staff was awesome, they helped us with free bus passes and guided us how to and when to go for sightseeing. Room size and beds were apt for family of four. Rooms and hotel was clean. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel and will be staying at the same location for our next trip.

My husband and I couldn't have hoped for a more relaxing stay with Maya! We woke to a delicious home cooked breakfast and hot coffee each morning with beautiful sweeping views of lake Thun and Spiez. We had access to a balcony that we sat out on and enjoyed each morning and sunsets each night! The mattress and bedding was extremely comfortable too! The area is extremely easy to navigate with public transport, you also have countless day trips and hikes that you can access from the doorstep. Maya is such an incredibly thoughtful person and went above and beyond to make our stay so memorable. We hope to return to the Interlaken area one day and highly recommend B&B Haussener. Our only regret is not staying longer! Thank you Maya :)

The view from our room was beautiful over the church bells and the snowed mountains. Very beautiful views from the room and the balcony. Excellent breakfast, the allowed us to have friends not staying at the hotel to join us for breakfast.

Esther was an exceptional host. I was worried about the location, but it was so easy to get there. I highly recommend it. Fab breakfast on the balcony with an amazing view. She packed a lunch for us as we were going to miss breakfast. The room was so clean, and the facilities were excellent that included access to a fridge,snacks, tea & coffee 24 hrs. Esther kept hold of our bags on our last day and was just so accommodating at all times. She was very trustworthy & so helpful, we will be back.
