The chalet was amazing, the room in which we stayed was large, very clean and cosy. Breakfast was very good with a large variety of pastries, bread, charcuterie, cheese etc. The self check-in was easy. We had a very lovely stay.

I have slept in several hotels in Brienz, and this place is the best value for money (and on the other hand, hotel Weisses Kreuz is not recommended…). The staff was super nice, the view of the lake from the room is just fantastic, the room was simple and clean, and a good breakfast.

The room was very nice and spotlessly clean, with an amazing mountain view. The location is convenient, close to the train station. I didn’t get the chance to try the restaurant downstairs but it looks very popular, I would definitely recommend this place and plan to book again on my next trip to Switzerland.

Ester answered my call the moment we arrived, and was as sweet and accommodating as ever! She spoke perfect english, provided me with all of the information we needed for our stay and even advised us on the timing of the boats and hikes we were interested in with approximate cost. The Breakfasts and coffee were top notch, special and everything is prepared and presented in authentic Swiss fashion. The view off the balcony is spectacular!
