How Merj & Mike have set up the room to welcome was fantastic! Even though we didn't have the opportunity to see each other, I felt welcoming vibes everywhere. One thing if there is a big baggage, the access to the room can be a bit challenge, but they try to make it easier. I was too tied up this time, so I would love to come back next time to just enjoy the stay at this place!

Next time we are in Winnipeg, we will be happy to stay here again. This is a basement suite with a bedroom and a living room, a mini kitchen, and a private bathroom. The space has everything you need, both in the bathroom and in the kitchen. The bed is very comfortable, and the place is clean and cozy. The host responds quickly and is very helpful. Everything was wonderful, and we truly enjoyed our stay.

We loved our healthy continental breakfast. Coffee sooo good. Loved the private backyard with its amazing deck. Adults there are swings that you must try. The hosts are lovely people. The house is amazing. The new hosts are making changes to the bed and breakfast so there was some spaces we could not investigate. We will be back to check out their improvements. Love this place!!!

Pros: vomfy bed, air conditioner/fan, TV, garbage can, nice quiet location ! Cons: coffee absolutely sucks. It was instant cheap coffee. No cream. No sugar. Tea selection was awful. Had to do my own dishes !! Had to drink cheap AF instant gross coffer with no cream or sugar. Ugh !!! Another con: the window shades still let in a fair amount of light when shut. Needs some black out curtains instead.
