When arriving at Hotel Cap Diamant we were greeted with a lovely welcome at the front desk before being shown to our room. The room was also available earlier than expected which was excellent. Our room was a very good size with a very comfy bed and all the amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body soap etc.) from a lovely company. We had a coffee machine in our room and you could get tea and coffee downstairs in the eating area. The breakfast was included and delicious, with a lovely view outside of the falling snow. The location was perfect, a 20-minute walk (uphill) from the VIA Rail station and a quick walk to any restaurants in the Old Town. Thank you!

The place is very, very CLEAN! It was spotless, not even a single dust. Kinda impressive, actually. 😂 The hosts were very nice and addressed our needs right away. They were easy to talk to and we had a pleasant stay. As someone with a sensitive back when sleeping, their bed didn't hurt my back at all. It was complete with washing machine, dryer, fridge, shared kitchen, TV, etc. Parking was also available and the hosts were responsive.
