We had mistakenly not booked an airport shuttle but the desk clerk handled everything for us. She tried to book a shuttle but we had left it too late and the shuttle was fully booked. After telling us about this situation she booked us a taxi for 4:00 am the next morning. She was super positive and made our stay! We didn’t get her name but a great big thumbs up goes to her. Thank you!

- Room was basic but had everything we needed for a quick stop off between Jasper and Whistler - Laundry service was a nice extra - Great location for accessing the centre of Kamloops - be prepared to walk up hills though! Parking in town was very easy and either cheap or free depending on when and where you park
