Loved this property! Our favourite in the Chapadas! Breakfast was the best by a long way and location was a 3 minute walk into town. The pool was nice after a long day trekking! Would recommend!

Best place to stay in the Chapada by far ! We had an incredible time at the property, the staff was incredibly kind to us… The property is simply gorgeous, well maintained, provides fantastic value for the money. The breakfast was amazing ! The rooms are clean and comfortable, the facilities are great and the spa by the pool is a great place to recover and relax after a long day hiking with an incredible view in front of you.

Our experience was more then perfect! We arrived after a long hike and were pretty exhausted. Our host Fabio gave us a free room upgrade (because of low season), the room had an incredible view over the mountains! Fabio speaks perfectly English and was there for us the whole time. He also helpt us ordering dinner and got it served at the hotel. The breakfast was overwhelming! We coudn't have asked for more, they had everything we wanted and more, also with the beautiful view over the mountains. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, the staff is amazing. Perfect experience all over!

A great place to stay in the heart of the Chapada Diamantina National Park with all its sights and trails. The Pousada is a little oasis of green, with a nice pool and a good restaurant. The food was really good with some nice local options and welcome salads and juices. I was very happy to stay there and would go back again. The road access is quite gruelling (I was coming from Vitoria da Conquista) but the last stretch from Palmeiras to Capao is in the process of a mega upgrade which will made the hotel much more accessible. The little road leading to the hotel will be a challenge in wet weather. It would be useful to have the street sign of the hotel illuminated for those arriving after dark - I had some difficulty finding the right place. A few small additions to the room would make it a little more comfortable: a chair and table, a kettle to boil water.
