the flat is wonderful. furnished with personality and style. it was always a pleasure to return 'home' after a day out. Marco is the hospitality in person. even though it's on the ground floor, no one is interested or can look inside! every now and then, a few cars or person passed by, I personally have not been or felt disturbed. neighbours must be able to return home :). it means it was quiet you can take the tram to go to the city, it takes less than 10 min.
