I had a wonderful stay. Serge is very courteous. I travelled by bike and arrived totally wet by rain and exausted and I got everything I needed to relax. La Cense is fantastic for everyone who travels by bike. - beautiful and very interesting building - delicious and fresh breakfast - good converstions - pump, tools and locked bikestorage

Had a great time staying here. Only recently Michel started this BnB (that’s why there are not many reviews yet), but it’s clear he takes his role as a good host serious, and thus good care of his guest. He welcomed me and showed me around. He also had some tips where I could eat in the town nearby, and the next morning a great breakfast with fruits and jams from the garden (worth the small extra costs!). The location is nice as a fallout place to visit closeby towns like Leuven, Namur (check the citadel) and Dinant, but also if you also want to enjoy a bit of more quiet country side. The room is large and comfortable. I would definitely come back here.

Beautiful house with such attractive gardens. Huge, well-furnished bedroom and bathroom. Very tasteful decor throughout. The gardens and swimming pool provided a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the birdsong. The hosts are so kind and thoughtful, who helped us so much with a difficulty we had regarding train booking. The breakfast was very good and served in a dining room overlooking the front garden and pond. It is a quiet and isolated location so it was useful to be able to have a very tasty evening meal that was offered by the establishment as the nearest restaurant was quite a long cycle ride away. Secure bike storage is offered.
