La Forge is an absolutely stunning and charming guesthouse! Hosts Patrick and Cécile were truly lovely, going above and beyond to help us secure dinner reservations and ensure our comfort. The hotel itself is amazing, clearly showcasing the care and dedication they put into restoring it to its former glory as a historical forge. Our room was incredibly nice and comfy, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the Ardennes. The breakfast was superb, featuring a delicious spread of home-made delicacies like cakes and preserves—a wonderful start to the day. We loved our stay and will definitely come back to this beautiful, welcoming spot!

This year I stayed in around 20 different accomodations in about 9 countries and this has been one of the most special ones. The building itself has a rustic and very cozy decoration and the staff goes the extra mile to make your experience the best possible. Would absolutely repeat. Also relevant to mention, for breakfast there's an exquisite selection of cheeses and cured meats, good bread and local honey among other options. 10/10.
