We were so pleased to have found this B&B. This is an amazing newly renovated building. Vania is so creative and this shows in her styling of the rooms, her beautifully presented breakfasts and her art works. A welcome touch was the champagne, presented so artistically on a silver platter, with glasses and the flowers. It was an honour to be guests in such a stylish building and with such an enchanting host. She suggested things to do and special places to eat that were not the run of this mill tourist places

We loved everything about the property. It was beautifully decorated and clean. The room was so bright and spacious. The bed was very comfy. The location was also fab, only a 10 minute walk into the centre of Bruges. Lieve and Jan were incredibly helpful - they allowed us to check in at 12pm and replied quickly to messages I sent. We would definitely return if we visit Bruges again! Thank you so much.

This beutifully restored and decorated house, where the owner's talent for interior design never lost connection with the history and feel of the place. If you wanted to know about the house or the city, the owner was a willing story teller. The breakfast was far above our expectations. In the evening he fed and lighted up the big ceramic furnace that kept the house warm and cozy during the night.

Wonderful stay at Hidden Gem!!!!! ---Location couldn't be better !!!! Just about 300 m. from Brugge train station, yet in a beautiful quiet green neighbourhood with charming houses . In front of the station you can take the Bus No 2 to the center (( get off at ''Djiver'' stop for'' Rosary quay ''and then a pleasant short walk to ''Burg'' and ''Markt '' squares )). Or you can take the ''shuttle Bus'' to center, ticket 1 euro, , 3 euro for the normal bus. (( getting ticket is easy, just tap your card on the small white device inside bus and that's all... no paper ticket )) ---Behind the house is the beautiful ''Lake of Love'' park, one of the must see in Bruges and crossing it you can make your way to all sights....If you wish a quiet coffee or drink, away from the crowds, by Bus No 2 get off at ''Jan Van Eyk.....''stop, or walk there ,in front of a beautiful square, magnificent church and canal view !!! Charming at night, too!!! ---Just outside the train station there is a Carrefour market.. ---Mrs Katrien, a far beyond'' kind and helpful'' hostess, a very sweet and geniously kind lady, offered us the most warm welcome ever together with important info and map and was at our disposal during all our stay ... prompt replies and exact directions before arrival....no words enough for her!! She is a diamond, indeed !! Talking with her was a huge pleasure !!! ---The house itself is so beautiful and inviting outside that and we felt happy the moment we reached the front garden door !!!! A green paradise-yard with table-chairs to sit and enjoy peace and relaxation !! ---The room is pretttier than in photos, very cosy, with 2 windows with beautiful views to the green back yard and a little far sight of the park and bridge behind the house ! Very relaxing !!!
