This is an absolutely unique place to stay. The colonial style building dates from 1881 and formerly housed the National Bank. It is the cream building between the palms in the above photo. The rooms are like a classical art gallery with (in the case of Room 1) the addition of a nice view out over King George Sound. My room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The owner is charming and provided a good breakfast. I have never stayed in such an interesting guest house anywhere in the world.

We liked everything, comfortable and cosy bed. Well-equipped kitchen, clean and sophisticated utensils, we used the barbecue with ease. The bathroom and bath were wonderful. We super recommend this beautiful suite. 🇧🇷🇦🇺

The B&B feels like a small art museum — very cozy and uniquely charming. Our room was spacious, with a private bathroom and a comfortable bed. Nothing was missing during our stay. Our host was an incredibly kind and engaging conversationalist. The breakfast was delicious. The guest house is just a few minutes’ walk from the harbor and the town center, making it a perfect base to explore.

The room was good, and the different areas were quite defined. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment The selling point was the location. Only 10 minutes from restaurants cafes, the main high street and the waterside. Car parking is good. The owners also had a very formative information pack with lots of recommendations. We used 4 if their food place suggestions
