First of all the rooms (and hotel) is very cozy and everything you would expect for the "Austrian vibe", beds are great and we all really enjoyed our stay and felt very welcome. The service was great, very helpful and friendly! We had a late check-in and also needed help with a taxi that we ordered through booking.com, which unfortunately cancelled on us the day before agreed pickup. Everything was handled very swiftly and smooth with help from the host Tatjana, she helped us order a new local taxi for us quickly and at a good price. Also, you can actually ski all the way from the top of Flying Mozart to very close (1-2 min walking) distance of the hotel - and there is a water park very close which we enjoyed. We would definitely highly recommend this place. We already talked about booking another stay in the next year or two.

Great location, wonderful views, very comfortable beds. Warm reception even at very late arrival! Our host, Katharina, was one of the most hospitable person we have ever met. She was doing everything to make our stay unforgettable. Breakfast and the way it was served made our mornings the best part of the day. Really recommended place!

We booked this accomodation as a rest over night for our transit from Holland to Croatia. The hostess welcomed us as "the lost son", although we booked through Booking (very) last minute(!). We booked a spacious 3 bedroom with bathroom which was very well equiped and clean!! We slept well in the April mountain air with the window open!Breakfast was good and we were well on our way very easy. Kleinarl is a beautiful mountain and wintersport villaga e with lots of friendly people. We might be returning here for the summer since temperatures in the summer are moderate in this region and there are lots of goals for a daytrip, walk or biketrails close by..

Perfect accommodation with all whats needed. 4 double-bed rooms, each with bathroom, in one apartment, perfect for 8 people to keep privacy but to meet in spacious kitchen with dining room with superb mountain view. Apartment with private entrance and ski room in cellar. All was clean and nice. Close to city center and 5min.by car to lifts. A bit steeper driveway was cleaned but in case of heavy snow fall chains might be needed.
