The hotel stands in a very nice location with a great view of the city. There is also a great walking path right beneath the hotel, which is well arranged even in winter and snowy conditions and nicely lighted at night. The hotel is very clean, well arranged with comfortable beds and small, but clean and fully equipped bathrooms. The staff is great, in 4 days we had no unanswered questions or unfulfilled wishes. The halfboard was excellent - self-service breakfasts with great choices and great dinner with obviously great chef's effort.

Accommodation is absolutely perfect, very nice and comfortable, as well owners of the apartment are very friendly and professionals in their business, they are offering another services and are very helpful! Everything perfect!! Franz who works there was so wonderful, sweet and helpful! I got a free upgrade which was soo amazing with a beautiful view! It was a really cute, comfortable room and shared bathrooms were super clean and nice. It’s right in the center so close to everything in this fairytale village. Had delicious cake and cappuccino for breakfast which was another sweet compliment from Franz! It was the best end to this perfect stay!
