The scenery from the window was great. It was a great friendly neighbourhood. The owner were very helpful even though there was a language barrier. A great place to stay and worth the money. Will recommend all to book this place and for our future Austrian trips we will try to book here more often.

Jeffs was a cute little hotel, when we arrived the doors were closed so I called the owner. Turns out I just missed the email that was sent with instructions on where the keys were and we could let ourselves in. We were the only ones there for that night but they still offered to make breakfast for us if we needed it and were super nice. The room is cozy and we had a great view of the mountains from our balcony. In the room is a folder with a lot of info on the hotel and restaurants, hikes, sights, etc that are around which was nice. You could technically walk into town or to a close supermarket, but it was so cold so we drove into town to get some food.

This family-run apartment house offers modern apartments with free Wi-Fi and a garden with barbecue facilities. It is quietly located in St. Wolfgang, a 15-minute walk from Lake Wolfgangsee.

I don’t even have the words to describe how amazing this place is! Everything in the house is so well thought out, with all the amenities you could need—tea, two types of coffee machines, a dishwasher, toasters, a grill, and more. The house is very warm and cozy. The host is extremely friendly. The panoramic windows offer stunning mountain views, and there’s a lake nearby where you can go hiking or for a walk.

Hotel Garni Pension zur Wacht is 4 km from Lake Wolfgang and 7 km from Bad Ischl. The rooms overlook the mountains and the garden. The 18-hole Salzkammergut Golf Course is just a 3-minute drive away.

The room facilities were all new, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and abundant. The environment was serene, with a small balcony offering beautiful mountain views every day. There was free parking, and it took around 15 minutes to drive to Hallstatt. During our 3-day stay, we met the hotel owner's family, who were all very warm, friendly, and hospitable, providing lots of useful information. When we encountered a problem and sought the owner's help, they spent a great deal of time assisting us, which was truly touching and appreciated - this level of enthusiasm and support is not something you can experience at every hotel. It was an excellent accommodation experience overall. :D
