Really cosy rooms, extraordinary tasty meals and exciting stories. The place is a little far from the Sevan lake, but you can take a scenic walk in the mountains and find your way down to the water and it's really worth it. The hosts are kind and hospitable people doing immense work on supporting and restoring the local community and cultural traditions. I'll definitely consider Etiuni for future trips to Sevan.

We were literally very warmly welcome into this authentic home after a freezing bicycle ride in the mountains. Great hospitality of the family with delicious dinner and breakfast in a modest but comfortable house made this a high point in the adventure, that would otherwise be an very cold night in a tent.
