We wanted to spend one night due to its proximity to the Sanahin ans Haghpat monastries, but we stayed two nights, after discovering what a beautiful place this is. The hosts are a lovely family, extremely helpful, sympathetic, kind and discreet. The views are amazing, its quiteness is a balsam for the spirit and the sorroundings allow for a lot of activities. We asked for breakfast and dinner and they were simply delicious. They are served in the porch with amazing views. Note: I sm writing this commentary in English, since my mother tongue (Catalan) is not admitted, of which I protest.

Very good place in Alaverdi, for a short stay. Big apartment (4 rooms), a nice terrace and a fantastic toilet. The hosts were very nice and willing to help, and made sure we had a parking spot.

Cool place, crazy nature. Homemade products, ecological, real. Comfortable room, the room has everything you need. The hosts are hospitable and ready to help with everything. Only 5 mins walking distance from Sanahin Monastery, good position on the hill with nice view from windows of kitchen and dining room, very clean and comfortable house with 2 big rooms, 2 toilets, kitchen and balcony of rich space. Owner is a beautiful Armenian girl with lovely smile who can also speaks Russian, French and English. French is very fluency. Willing to comunicate and help with taxi booking. Meals not included in room fee but price is reasonable. She cooks with home grown ingredient, clean, delicious and healthy. Unique and unforgettable experience in life.

Amazing place to stay. The guesthouse is next to the family home of the hosts. The family is very welcoming, friendly and open to give advice on what to do in the area. English is not a problem. They brought fresh and tasty breakfast to us every morning and there is an optional cooked dinner. Comfy beds, kitchen and seating area. The Migoyan museum and Sanahin monastery are next door and the start to some wonderful hikes are nearby. There is a small shop next door. You can also watch the piglets in the neighbour's barn while drinking your morning coffee.

This is fantastic place to stay. First host is easy to contact and very helpful. The house is beautifully furnished and had everything we needed (well-equipped kitchen, clean bathrooms, nice dining room). In addition, it is surrounded by a garden. It is a bit off the road, but the town itself is not large, so the advantage is the peace and quiet, and the distances are not a problem. And then there's the area. Debed Canyon is not often visited by foreign tourists, which is a shame. The views are spectacular. We highly recommend it.

Came for one night and stayed two, mainly due to the overwhelming hospitality of the owners and the great breakfast from home made produce they dished up. We bought some delicious cheese for the trip from them as well. The tent itself is basically a small self contained cabin. There's also a kitchen aside the house and a grill. Location is a bit away from everything which I'd nice when you just want to have a quiet rest. Nonetheless there are things around to see within a short hike.

For me itwas a great experience. Superfriendly hosts, Nune and her Mother take car of you. The arrange Wifi, bring heater if Cold, make cheap and good dinner and a fabulous Breakfast. 3 Roms in a wild Garden, fast, a babydog and Pigeons are lovely if you like Animals. Dont expect 4- Star Komfort, but in summary it is a perfekt Placebo to stay.

Highly recommend. Great host offers family style breakfast lunch and dinner. Rooms are clean and lovely to speak with and learn about the local area. She has multiple awards in the dining room about the guesthouse and her hosting.
