George and his wife were very friendly and welcoming, and gave us good local recommendations! The rooms were the cleanest, newest and largest we have had throughout our stay in Albania. Its about 10 mins walk to the town centre and parking off road for free which was handy as the town parking is very hectic.

This place is a gem. The room was beautifully appointed and very comfortable. The host was gracious and an excellent source of information. The breakfast was delicious and freshly made by the owners every morning. It was cooked fresh and served in their lovely courtyard next to their veggie garden. This level of unpretentious hospitality is refreshing (and very rare these days). Would definitely recommend this place as a base to explore the region which we loved. We drove here so were happy that parking was readily available on the street out front.

This property is amazing. The view and the pool area are incredible and so relaxing. The property is very spacious both inside of the room and around common areas which makes it very comfortable. There is private parking. The breakfast was delicious and fresh every day with lots of variety. The room was cleaned daily by the lovely and kind cleaning staff who were also around the property all day, and really add to the family atmosphere as they are always welcoming and happy to chat. Above all, the family that runs the property are what make it such a nice and comforting place to stay. They embrace you into their family with open arms and really easy to spend time with. They offer guidance and help not just with tourist attractions but with providing anything that can make your stay there easier. Andrea was attentive and kind, offering fruit from the family garden and ensuring that we had everything we needed. Moreover, it was the meaningful conversations with each of the family members throughout our stay that would ensure we return back.

Amazing place! It is set on an ancient castle area, with an amazing view, amazing facilities and even better hosts! The owners were very friendly and gave us great recommendations on where to eat, where to go… I highly recommend staying at Amphora Guesthouse. It was truly a wonderful experience!

Able to check in early or leave our luggage. Very friendly family who welcomed us. Very clean, good beds, great bathroom and shady terrace. Only 3 minutes walk to the beach and less than 10 to the busier end of town with another beach. Lots of nice cafes and bars in the area. They offered breakfast and home cooked meals as well. All perfect!

The spacious, cosy and comfortable room features all the main amenities including fridge, kettle and coffee machine.. And a nice balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or chill out after a day in the beach. Very nice and helpful staff who is always around if you need something. I highly recommend
