Alvin and Grace who work at Mazmi Casa were so helpful, competent and super friendly - really some of the best hotel employees I have encountered. Location is perfect for a few days. The room has a wonderful interior design. Breakfast at their cafe right next to the Dubai Creek was a very special experience.

Extremely helpful and smiling staff. I arrived late for my scheduled (and already late) check-in time, but it wasn't a problem at all for the hotel. Changing rooms was also handled seamlessly. Overall, I highly recommend this place. The room was spacious with tradictional furniture and beautiful Arabic styling. Thanks to the fully black-out shutters, I was able to catch up on sleep after my flight. The room was located in the section with the outdoor garden. The neighborhood is also wonderful—metro, bus station, boats, a large grocery store, restaurants, and a market... everything within a 5-10 minute walk. It’s worth staying here not only for the historical atmosphere, but for the convenience and hospitality as well.

The location of the property is superb! The villa is done to a very good standards, kept very clean, the kitchen is equipped with everything you might need on your holiday. The rooms are spacious and immaculate, the bed is very comfortable. All the staff at this accommodation were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, nothing is a problem for them to deal with. Salma the manager is a very helpful and a kind person, always available if you have any issues or problems.
