We booked a family suite with pool entrance. An amazing unit for families and friends. A straight 1 min walk to the front lookout to the ocean. A great location in the center of everything. Very safe strolling around, also at night time.

The Hermanus cliff path and seaside are only 400 metres away — keep an eye out for whales and dolphins! Hermanus is world-famous for its whale watching. We’re also just a 10-minute drive from the Hemel-en-Aarde Valley, Hermanus’s award-winning wine route. Very welcoming, we had an amazing stay.

The location, architecture, views, vibe, pool, spa, rooms, breakfast… one of the most amazing hotels I’ve ever been!

Hands down the best stay I’ve had during my 10-day trip across South Africa. The location is great, but what really stood out was the value for money and attention to detail; disposable slippers, spotless fresh sheets, power adapters, USB sockets right by the bed, everything you could possibly need. The hosts were on another level of hospitality - warm, helpful, and genuinely caring. They didn’t just give recommendations, they offered help with little things like arranging my taxi and checking in to make sure I was comfortable. Even without those gestures, I would’ve been impressed. I’ve paid the same or more elsewhere for service that doesn’t come close. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Hermanus.

My partner and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Nivenia Beach House, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! The host was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The guest house itself was immaculately clean and neat, with a cozy atmosphere that made us feel very comfortable. The amenities were top-notch, and I appreciated the attention to detail that made our stay so enjoyable. I would highly recommend Nivenia Beach House to anyone looking for a warm and inviting place to stay. The host's hospitality and the guest house's comfort and cleanliness make it a true gem.
