Jennifer and her team were great. I stayed in the very comfortable Penthouse suite upstairs, and it had everything I needed for my stay. The breakfasts in the morning were top notch, always served with a smile and a friendly chat. It is close to the Addo Gate and the Taste of Africa Restaurant is on the doorstep, with good food and a good vibe. I will definitely make use of this accommodation again when I visit Colchester again.

I stayed at the guesthouse before and loved coming back to it. It is perfectly located if you want to visit Addo Elephant Park. The breakfast is delicious and the staff are all so warm and welcoming.

Activities such as FULL day game drives on our own open game viewing vehicle with our lovely Nature Site Guide, sand boarding, sunset river boat cruises (especially the sunset cruise), can be arranged in advance at an additional fee. The happy jackal is an incredible lodge! Suzette who works there was unbelievably helpful in booking activities for our group of 25. All the activities were amazing! The lodge is so lovely and the food was great! We will definitely come back!
