The hotel staff was amazing and made us feel very welcome at the hotel. They also helped us when we had to see a local doctor and took special care of our little daughter's needs by preparing separate food for her. The rooms were nice and clean with view onto the riverside. The breakfast buffet was very good in terms of variety and quantity. Also the tours we booked via the hotel were well organised. We would definitely come again.

We had an amazing time at Rivertown hotel. The hotel has everything you can ask for: amazing location and facilities, huge pool, very friendly and attentive staff who shared very insightful reccommendations on local restaurants and tailors. The housekeeping team was fantastic, every detail was taken care of. Probably one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. We used the airport transfer service as well as the laundry service and they were both very efficient.

Great, clean room! During our whole trip in Vietnam we had our best sleep here. People are super friendly and help us with recommendations for restaurants and bike rental (Besides all the tours you can book). Such a relaxed atmosphere and the location is great. Close to the beach, and it's just a motor bike / bicycle (which you can borrow) ride away from the Old Town

Su li and her staff were so helpful in organising our trips and making us feel at home. They decorated our room to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary which was a lovely touch and so special. We had a huge room and bathroom with a bath and separate shower. The shower was hot and powerful. We enjoyed a freshly prepared breakfast each day. The hotel was quiet and peaceful.
