Our stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic, and a huge part of that was thanks to the incredible service provided by Ping and her assistant Trang at the reception. Ping, who worked every day during our stay, delivered the highest level of hospitality and attentiveness. She genuinely cared about our well-being, checked in on our experience, and provided valuable recommendations. Her English proficiency was the best I encountered among all the Vietnamese people I met during my trip to Phu Quoc, making communication effortless and pleasant. I truly hope that the hotel management recognizes and rewards Ping for her outstanding commitment to guest satisfaction—she sets a remarkable standard for customer service! Housekeeping was impeccable – our room was always spotless. The refrigerator and air conditioning worked perfectly, ensuring a comfortable stay. The room itself was beautifully maintained, with everything in ideal condition. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it. Loved the location. Beautiful resort, with fab pool, access to beach, gym, spa, restaurants & a great yoga teacher comes twice weekly. The yoga is in keeping with the calm ambience. It’s located at the quieter end of the busy street, offering the best of both worlds, seclusion of the beautiful resort & busy street life a short walk away. A special mention to My, who was always available to answer any questions & checked in with us numerous times during the day. Also, the GM Viet who runs the resort to perfection.

Fantastic apartment — clean, comfortable. The host was incredibly accommodating and even met us on arrival to personally show us to the room, which was a lovely touch. The rooftop pool was a real highlight, offering stunning views of the light show and fireworks. A perfect spot to relax in the evenings. Highly recommend this place — we’d definitely stay again!

i noticed there are many owners of the apartment. however here is great. we got early and quick check in. the room is extremely clean and the balcony is spacious with panoramic sea view. watching the sunset and fireworks from the room is really great. the host is very friendly and supportive. she always takes care of us whenever we need. overall everything is super, very satisfied

I had an amazing stay at this apartment! The view from the balcony was breathtaking, especially during sunset and the fireworks—simply unforgettable. The room was spotless, and all the amenities were modern and well-equipped. It’s impossible not to love this place. The surrounding area is equally fantastic, with plenty of restaurants, cozy cafés, and a vibrant night market offering a variety of delicious street food.
