From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional and every member of the team was warm, welcoming, and attentive. The staff truly go above and beyond to ensure guests have a pleasant and memorable experience. The food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options that were both beautifully presented and full of flavor. The facilities are immaculately clean and well-maintained, and everything was functional and inviting. The rooms are stunning, with tasteful decor and comfortable furnishings that made it feel like a luxurious home away from home. One of the highlights of my stay was relaxing by the pool and watching the breathtaking sunset. The location is also incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area while still feeling like a peaceful retreat. And with all of this, the price is impressively affordable, offering fantastic value for the experience provided. They had a play room for kids which was a nice bonus too! The resort is stunning — surrounded by beautiful flowers, lush plants, and peaceful greenery that made the whole experience feel like a tropical escape. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always welcoming us with a smile and making sure we had everything we needed. We also loved the delicious breakfast, with plenty of fresh and tasty options to choose from each morning. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we would gladly come back again. But the highlight of my stay was definitely the host, Mr. Bee. In all my travels, I have never met a host so dedicated to helping his guests like him. He assisted me with almost everything: airport pickup, money exchange, a sightseeing tour with the electric car, laundry, booking cable car tickets, buying tickets for the light and fireworks show and taking me there, and even organizing a driver for the safari and vinwonders. He went above and beyond without asking for anything in return. In Phu Quoc and Sunset Town, having someone like him is truly valuable since tourist offices and services are limited compared to Thailand. Thanks to him, everything was arranged perfectly. I’m very grateful for his genuine effort and support.

The building located few blocks ups from the cable car station and for muslim, few hundred meters from Sarah halal restaurant.

It was like walking around in Heaven…very picturess…everything beautifully green…beautiful flowers. The grounds are kept so clean. The swimming pools were warm and inviting. Our bungalows were so adorable and clean. The staff were on top of it all, very helpful and very kind. We even pampered ourselves to enjoy a massage, also very incredible the young ladies hands were incredible they were like magnets to the parts of my body that needed a stress relief from the tight tension. The morning buffet was enjoyable light and just enough to kick off your day with a nutritional breakfast to start off your day. There is laundry service and our clothes came back with a fresh scent and very nicely folded…we did not find a thing not to enjoy at this beautiful resort. This is definitely a must stay if you find yourself needing a place to stay in Phu Quoc, Vietnam…stop in and enjoy this wonderful resort just as much as we did…you will not be disappointed!!!
