Kitchen w Mr Coffee maker plus coffee for next morning was perfect. As was the super clean fridge and bathroom. Appreciated the quiet.

Change over/ room care teams are thorough and efficient. With crisp white cotton sheets. Pillows are soft. Ice machine working well. Grounds beautifully maintained. Lovely new logos and stickers - little touches do matter. Just look at how many guests are repeat customers - that says it all.

This Montauk motel is opposite the beach, and boat rentals are available a mile away at Fort Pond. The Hither Hills State Park is located 3 miles from the property.

Rooms have a balcony with a sea view, dining area and kitchen. Spotless, large apartment with full kitchen. Right across the road from the stunning beach and a short walk into the town. Good value for money for the location. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to the area.
