From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the friendly and passionate staff, who ensured I felt at home. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed, blending seamlessly with the natural surroundings. Waking up to the sound of birds and the gentle waves of the lake was truly magical. The lodge offers a variety of unique experiences—from a scenic boat tour around Lake Bunyonyi’s historical islands to hiking trails, local craft shopping, and even tasting traditional banana gin! Every moment was filled with adventure and cultural discovery. One of the highlights was the delicious farm-to-table meals prepared with fresh local ingredients. Whether it was a hearty breakfast by the lake or a cozy dinner under the stars, every meal was a delight. Beyond just a lodge, Paradise Eco-Hub Foundation is making a real impact in the community, supporting conservation efforts, education, and healthcare initiatives. Everything was beyond perfect. I love the seclusion of the island. The first highlight is the ride to the boat pier and the boat ride to the island through Lake Bunyonyi. The welcome by the staff is warm and honest. The property is fully self-sustaining, so if you're not a fan of outdoor latrines, be prepared ;) Hot showers are available but need about an hour preparation time. The staff really goes out of their way to accommodate all your wishes and make you feel right at home. I recommend staying in their geo domes as it is an experience you will never forget. The menu at their "canteen" is a dream for vegetarians. Just the perfect place to relax and switch off for a few days. They organize tours to other islands as well, which I didn't try as I just wanted to relax for a few days before heading to the hustling streets of Kampala. They also organized a gorilla track for me in Bwindi at very short notice, which they made into the perfect day and memorable experience. Thanks again for everything 🙏

We loved the whole hotel setup, it was the quietest place ever and this is what we were looking for, it was relaxing, we could hear the birds wake up and the sun rising, the staff and chef were very respectful and kind, i recommend this hotel a 1000%.

Everything is good there. I'm a nostalgic person so the stay was worth my liking. The remoteness makes it all comfortable. It cuts you off from the modern world and it's horrors. The staff is so disciplined. The hosts are really great people, when you visit it's like you have become apart of the family. The cottages are really nice. Very well ventilated to keep out bugs. The lake view is awesome. Oh my God the food 😃 It's safe from dangerous animals and reptiles. Star gazing is one of the must-do things while there, it's so beautiful. I could go about it forever.

Parking area was good. The hotel boats for lake trips were well appointed and staffed. The hotel coped with my special diet without any problem.
