Perfect location. Sunset point, open air museum and the shops within walking distance. All of the staff were amazing, they help with luggage, help with attraction suggestions and have a travel agent in house to help with any bookings. We also had massages during our stay and they were 10/10!

Quiet hotel in a perfect location - one minute walk to restaurants, shops ... and less than ten minute to sunset view point. The Roof terrace looks over Göreme and has a variety of comfortable sitting furniture. Room cleaned every day with fresh towels ... Very helpful staff.

Great cave hotel with spacious rooms, excellent service, and great views of balloons and sunset with perfect location in the heart of the city. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Cappadocia.

This has been our best hotel experience on our year long travels which is saying quite a lot! The staff were so welcoming and friendly and always trying to accommodate. They made sure that we had enough bottled water and one of them stayed hours past his shift to fix the wifi so that I would be able to connect for a work meeting. Breakfast was delicious. Perfect location with a 5 minute walk to the sunrise/sunset point. Free luggage storage before and after check-in!
