Everything was clean and pristine and the facilities really reflected a family friendly atmosphere. For once, teens were not forgotten about! I wish more hotels catered for teenagers. The Waterpark access is what made this excellent value for money for one night and being able to use the park before check in and after check out made it worthwhile.

Everything is super clean, the facilities are top notch, miles above any standard we’ve seen in SEA (regular visitors since 2017) especially for the price. Hands down the comfiest bed I’ve slept in for months. 5-10 min walk to the beach. 7/11 close by, decent restaurants around the corner. Highly recommend the property overall, and definitely recommend booking a couple of days as they sell out fast.

We had a splendid holiday there! After arriving the hotel, we instantly felt relax and happy, loved the vibe of the hotel, the ocean view, the history, the decor and most importantly the service provided were outstanding and made us feel welcome and warm. We stayed for 3 nights, the room was cozy, although we had our private pool, we did not use much because the ocean-front public pool was stunning, not to mention it was always quite and peaceful. Only receiving max. 8 groups of guests is one of the things I love, there will not be too many people ruin the zen feeling. The food there are also amazing, especially the breakfast. Usa was so nice helping us reserved the ocean-front seats for our first dinner there. It's super romantic, I will recommend having at least one dinner during your stay in PRAWN, if not all night (like us!) I would like to express our true appreciation to the service team there, they always clean our room quickly, quietly and thoroughly; the restaurant staffs are always nice and keen to help; I always got quick response and timely help using LINE; and a special thank to Usa, who is so kind and nice, we have a wonderful anniversary in this place, will definitely come back!
