First of all, I can say that it is the most beautiful hotel in Phuket in many ways. It has all the facilities you are looking for and no detail has been overlooked. It has an incredibly beautiful landscape, you feel like you are in a botanical garden. The rooms were very clean and tidy. There is a beautiful spa-massage center and a very successful restaurant with 2 different concepts. When I looked at the previous comments, they mentioned lizards and we had a small one in our room, but it was nothing to be afraid of, we were not disturbed, it disappeared after 10 minutes anyway. All the hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. We stayed for 3 nights and there is honestly nothing I can write a bad review about. Thank you for your service. I hope we see each other again one day.

Among the facilities of this property are a restaurant, a shared kitchen and a shared lounge, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The hostel provides a terrace and a 24-hour front desk. So close to the airport. Only 5 minute walk from arrivals. Walk through the car park where the busses are. I had my own HUGE double bed and private bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. Free water in the room. Friendly helpful staff. They also have washing machines there. Pool area was very nice. Only stayed one night after I landed but it was so ideal. And I relaxed by the pool for the morning. Was able to buy a beer in reception.

The hotel's restaurant serves a daily breakfast. Alternatively, there are many restaurants and bars at Nai Yang Beach, just 400 metres away. It was one of the closet to the airport and offered a free transfer. Staff were fantastic on arrival and departure and the breakfast was good.

This family-friendly resort offers 3 landscape swimming pools, 8 dining options, premium spa, kids club, recreational activities and private beach. Free WiFi is available in all rooms and throughout hotel's public areas. We enjoyed our stay to much 😍😍. I had the all inclusive package and it was worth it, all food and drinks were free except some items in the dinner was extra charged. Only one drawback that the all inclusive package starts at 11 am till 11 pm, before and after these timings everything was chargeable. The food was so good, different choices and restaurants. The family pool was adorable, the kids club and activities were hilarious. I took the larger room and it was so good for a family of 4 (2 Adults and 2 kids). The hospitality was excellent, all the staff were cheerful and helpful. Special thanks to Daylee in the reception for her help when I told her about my daughter’s birthday, a lovely decoration and cake was sent to our room. The room was so clean and big. The beach is a bit rocky and the hotel is 20 minutes to Patong. I would definitely repeat this experience.
