You can also borrow or use some small stuff like waterproof bag, umbrella, lotion ...It is situated little bit far from center, but because there are very noisy nights in the center, you can have quite sleep in this place. Also it was not overcrowded, and people were split into 3 rooms.

Everyday there were sweets, coffee, tea, water and toast for free, small n cute outside area to chill, own locker for each one in the dorm, curtains for privacy and lights/charger at the bed. Perfect.

Once you arrive at the pier, a porter from the hotel will be waiting with a sign that says P2 Wood Loft, he will pick your bags up and guide you to the hotel. Check in process was smooth and the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. If you plan on staying for multiple days, they have a laundry service as well. The rooftop of the hotel has hammocks for you to relax at and it is an amazing place to be at night. Overall the place was clean, the rooms were neat and tidy, the facilities were sufficient and definitely one of the best value for money places on Phi Phi.
