The new Outrigger Khao Lak Beach Resort – SHA Plus is an absolute beachfront property situated on Bangsak beach, a long stretch of coastline off the Andaman Sea, just a 90 minute drive from Phuket... The property was beautifully set on the beach. There was a delicious variety of food at breakfast and Chef Tao greeted us everyday. We especially enjoyed the lemongrass butterfly pea tea at the reception.

The PhuKhaoLak is a gem of a resort. Beautifully appointed rooms, spotlessly clean. Comfy bed. Great aircon. The grounds are stunning, tropical gardens set in a Grove of coconut trees. The pool, although not huge, is beautifully refreshing and crystal clean. The team at the hotel were delightful, going out of their way to help us. The concierge booked us on some great tours which were spot on. Conveniently located on the main street but set back from the road so no traffic noise. Heaps of lovely shops and restaurants close by, but we often ate at their restaurant most times. Each meal was delicious and came out looking like a piece of art. Cocktails amazing!! And all reasonably priced. Do yourself a favour and stay at the Phukhaolakp
