Resort is by the beach, i was lucky to have gotten a room really near the beach with partial sea view although it was not beach front but it was excellent. Really quiet at night. Room was clean, big bathroom, cold working AC. Nice restaurant, food was alright but i love the fruit shakes. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

The staff was very attentive and made sure we had everything we need. The location is central in koh phangan, but you must have a scooter to actually get to places.
