Thank you so much for the upgrade to a suite! Beautiful room, fabulous panoramic view to the sunset from the balcony, comfortable bath robe, excellent products in the bathroom (on this you surpass everyone else), and wonderful bed. Loved it all and would love to come back!

The customer service was beyond our expectation before flying to Riyadh, the staff were very supportive with all our requests and needs and got even better during our stay. The rooms were amazing and the hotel ambiance was super luxury, not mentioning the perfect location too. One of my favourite boutique hotels in Saudi so far !!
