Beautiful Villa on the beach wit very friendly owner who did everything to make our stay perfect. We would have loved to stay longer bulgur had to catch a flight. Gorgeous view and Surrounding. Jorge took us to great Italien restaurant. I

a very special experience - the people there really took care of us and treated us like very good friends, it’s not at all expensive and you have the beach and surfing about 30m away. They also organize many special events like yoga, mobility classes, dancing, parties and excursions to a nice waterfall (many of those for free)

We picked this property on a whim less than 24 hours out. Did not know what to expect. When we arrived we were promptly greeted by one of the staff who told us not to worry about checking in right away. Go get settled and we’ll worry about formalities later. We were then given a tour of the property which is adorable and quaint. It has a very family oriented vibe. If you are looking for a big touristy high end hotel vibe this is not it. So much love and care goes into this place. You can tell by how we were promptly taken to meet the owner Pachue! Who said we are going on a 4x4 tour of the Punto. After meeting the troop of furry friends we took him up on the offer. After a thorough tour of all that the Punta has to offer we came back to enjoy the incredible beach and pool and company. Thank you to the team and Pachue and his wife for the hospitality. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

Nice house next told beach club. Close to the beach. You just walk next door to the beach club. You can hitchhike.

Hostess Tatiana met me at the gate and escorted me to the condo unit. She showed me around the property as to where the pools are on 3rd and ground floors as well as the Lounge and Restaurant area. She also shared where the local grocery stores and a local watering hole for ExPats were located. She is a very knowledgeable and professional host.
