We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Villas at Gone Fishing Resort in Boca Chica! From the moment we arrived, Brad, the owner, made us feel welcome and taken care of. He is such a great host – super friendly, helpful, and always around if you need anything. The resort itself is a little paradise - feels like a hidden gem. The pool is fantastic for cooling off and relaxing, the rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the whole property is surrounded by beautiful nature, which makes it easy to completely unwind. Breakfast was always delicious, especially the fresh fruits that were served every morning. We also went on the whale watching tour, which was a great experience and definitely one of the highlights of our trip. All in all, we had an unforgettable time at this place. Located in Las Lajas, Show Pony Ranchero Resort - Boutique Beach Hotel offers water sports facilities, garden and terrace. With a shared lounge, the property also has a bar, as well as on-site dining.... The location was incredible. The staff make you feel very welcome. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling too or through the area. A huge thank you to the show pony team.

Owners are from Europe, so you can be sure this place looks exactly like you can see it on photos. This is really quiet and comfortable place with tasty breakfasts.

Offering an outdoor pool and a restaurant, Las Lajas Beach Resort is located right on the beach. It features an on-site tour desk,, plus free WiFi and beautiful gardens. The staff went out of their way as we had to extend our stay due to the protests and road closures. Also my massage was fantastic.
