This beachfront property offers access to free WiFi and free private parking. The guest house features family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. Excelent location, close to the souk and corniche. Beautiful small guesthouse with only 4 specious rooms. Very nice local design , clean and comfortable with small kitchen, living room separate to bedroom. Comfortable bed. There is cafe at the terrace. The breakfast is very tasty and I highly recommend it. We stayed 2 nights in 2 separate rooms as same room was not available, both rooms were beautiful. I can’t recommend this property more!

All the rooms come with air conditioning and a flat screen TV with satellite channels. While some rooms boast sea views and others garden views, all rooms come with an electric kettle and coffee machine. The rooms are complete with a private bathroom with free toiletries, a bathrobe, two outdoor swimming pools and hair dryer. We loved the place and the beach in-front. The coffee (Nespresso) was great to have - not always available in Oman Great breakfast

The staff were incredibly kind and attentive – it truly felt like they genuinely cared about us. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The surroundings were stunning and luxurious, and every detail was perfectly thought out. We enjoyed every moment and will definitely be coming back!

The property is around 1.3 km from Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque, 3.8 km from Oman Avenues Mall and 11 km from Oman Convention and Exhibition Centre. The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, a shared kitchen and free WiFi throughout the property. I had a great stay at this hostel! It was very clean, and I met some amazing new friends during my time there. The hosts, zouhair and Louey, were super friendly, attentive and organized very interesting trips at very affordable prices. I highly recommend staying here — it’s a perfect place for anyone looking to meet people who travel a lot and/or explore the area very well !

Our stay at the St. Regis Al Mouj Muscat Resort was exceptionally memorable. We visited as a couple seeking a warm pre-Christmas escape, and the weather was simply perfect for relaxation. The standout feature of this hotel is its attentive staff, anticipating every need often before it is even expressed. At the pool and beach—which are stunning, with crystal-clear seawater—guests are treated to complimentary mocktails, smoothies, lemonades, and fruit skewers every other hour. Sunbeds and umbrellas are meticulously reset multiple times throughout the day to ensure optimal comfort. A noteworthy experience involved the staff's compassionate response when my partner fell ill. Without hesitation, they provided comforting ginger-lemon-honey drinks, respecting our preference for natural remedies, and were consistently attentive throughout his recovery. On my solo visit to the mosque, the hotel ensured my safety with a complimentary driver and checked that I had an abaya. Their attention to detail was exemplary, even extending to minor clothing repairs. This is still not everything. We must particularly highlight two extraordinary members of the recreation staff at the pools, Elyas and his manager, Mr. Kinya Collins. They became friends during our stay, impressing us with their incredible ability to anticipate our needs and bring laughter and joy. If there were masterclasses in hospitality, they should be the ones teaching them. Their positivity, resourcefulness, and kindness, all delivered with unique personal flair, are unmatched and undoubtedly come from the heart. Both excel in their profession and are exceptional human beings. Their teamwork and genuine enjoyment in their roles left us wishing we could adequately repay the exceptional experience they provided. There are many high-end hotels but very few with a soul and this is thanks to them. Immense gratitude and kudos to the entire St. Regis Al Mouj Muscat team for an unforgettable experience.
