The dinner was excellent with fresh fish and the boat ride the next day was also great, we saw dolphins and went snorkelling. We’d stay there again.

The property is non-smoking and is located 500 metres from Al Hadd Beach. Location is good. Very near to beach. The facility is very good. Especially the swimming pool is fantastic. Design of the house is quite nice.

So we were unsure whether to book this or not because of the reviews here, but took the risk! The property was absolute AMAZING, the location was perfect, but the staff were unbelievable! I mentioned it’s one of our friends birthdays and he went out to FILL the villa with balloons, decorations, birthday cake, candy, and lots of other fun things for when we arrived! We all arrived at awkward timings but he made sure to meet us super early to check in. He arranged a chef to cook us a bbq, constantly made sure we were well looked after, the villa is amazing, clean, comfortable, awesome cinema room, the pool and jacuzzi were amazing, and there’s a steam room! Huge villa but still very homely feeling, 100% recommend and we will definitely be back soon! Again thank you so much to the staff for making sure we were well looked after and going above and beyond at every stage! You were awesome !

The hotel is an ideal stop over to the Turtle Beach at Ras-al-Hadd, Wadi Bani Khalid and Wahiba Sands, a major tourist attraction in Oman. Best Western Sur is also convenient for business with a multipurpose conference room. Nice room, great breakfast, hospitality on top. A must visit place when visiting Sur!

Great guesthouse with very attentive staff. Delicious and very big breakfasts, the best during our stay in Oman. The guesthouse is in walkable distance from the beach and 15-minute drive from the sea turtle reserve.. The swimming pool was great in hot days with sufficient deck chairs. Hot tea and coffee, halwa and dates were available till late nights. The staff always asked if we need more tea or coffee and was very helpful.

Set in Sur, 49 km from Al Hadd Fort, 411Motel offers accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. I simply loved it and I highly recommend the guest house....its the perfect base if you want to stay in Sur.... And Aylan was so nice to us !!! Home away from home ;)

This is a lovely little hotel in the heart of Tiwi within walking distance to the few shops and restaurants as well as the waterfront area. We were on the top floor and while the bedroom isn't big there is a large living room area and a wonderful balcony to enjoy. We used both everyday during our stay. The gentleman who oversees the property is extremely kind and helpful. We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable accommodation in Tiwi.
