Bed was super comfortable and having a clothes washer and dryer was exceptionally nice as it was day 12 of a 14 day holiday. The hotel was located in the main part of town making it easy to walk everywhere including the beach.

It has only been built for 4 years and is new. The location was excellent a short walk to the main street. The Com is attached to the Pub the Commercial Hotel so could pop in for a drink or a meal if you liked. The building design was quite different with separate motel rooms(almost a tiny home) separated by empty garages on two levels Our room had lovely afternoon sun. Plenty of parking and space. Built in front of the big rock cliffs of Whakatane and the Tuis were very busy in the bush in the morning - lovely.

Situated on Papamoa Beach, this beachfront resort offers accommodation with a patio boasting lovely views. I like everything in the place. From the cabin, kitchenette, the pool is warm and nice too. The facilities.. we have not even left yet and we are already planning when are we going back to Tasman Papamoa. We are in love with the place🤩

Ive been to a lot of airbnbs and you see some of them are very "commercial" but this one is really "home" with clean bedding. Definitely recommend
