Attention to detail like the little flowers in a pot was exeptional. Definately the best place we ever stayed that was booked through Bookings. The owner Corinne & her partner are just so welcoming & friendly & helpful.

Set a short distance away from the hustle and bustle of Russell during high season, The Sails was a wonderful location to relax and unwind. The area is spectacular and truly worth visiting. Allow at least two nights to explore the area and to enjoy its gentle pace. Truly it's a very idyllic town with oodles of charm. We were made to feel welcome and the accommodation was spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Thankyou to our welcoming hosts Joan and Vivien. If we were Kiwis, we'd be back (and if we do cross the ditch again and head North, we will be back).
