Incredible location. We rented all three rooms so had the villa to ourselves. Ali and Frania were great hosts. Breakfast included and the BBQ’d an amazing steak dinner for us on the second night. I sprained my ankle as we arrived so spent much of my time in be. The rest of my group had an awesome time. They even sent someone out for tensor bandages and crutches for me. The crutches came from Managua, several hours away. The view, service and property itself were amazing. And 7 morkies looking after us? Who could ask for more

It's very chill, social and laid back in a good way. I've travelled a lot but its very safe to say this is top 3 if not the best hostel I've stayed in so far :) would stay again without any doubt!

They helped us arrange transportation on our day trips, made sure we are safe and not over charged. They prepared us possibly the most delicious breakfast ever! The room was super clean, it had AC but even without it, it had a very nice temperature. The beach is a 3-minute walk away so are shops and restaurants. Highly recommended!

As a solo female traveler, I felt incredibly comfortable and safe. Jon, one of the owners, was always available and provided recommendations and information instantly via WhatsApp—amazing service! The property is extremely well-maintained, and the rooms and bathrooms are spotlessly clean. There’s nothing that could be improved—it’s already perfect, a true oasis of comfort. If you have the chance to stay here, do it!

Very nice staff, amazing location and beautiful locations. You walk around 5 minutes from the beach, the people here are so nice, with everyone having the same interest for surfing. It is very clean, the kitchen is good for cooking and there is even a skate bowl. I can recommend this to everyone who wants to surf and be surrounded by amazing people.

Pretty close to the beach, supermarket and restaurants/bars. The room has everything you need and it looks exactly like the pictures; your own terrace with hammocks are just perfect. We originally booked for 4 days and ended up staying for 10! If you like rustic and wild this is the place. Most certainly the best place to stay in ometepe. The tree house style rooms are amazing, the location is away from tourist hot spots and you are surrounded by trees, beautiful flowers, birds and monkeys! Delfa and her family are delightful people to be amongst, made us feel right at home and her cooking...... well I'm missing it already! Thankyou finca la magia for such a beautiful time!!!
