The food at the restaurant is so delicious and we were able to order it to the pool and our room! Super close to the beach and so many good restaurants. Cute cat at the property too. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip to Nicaragua 🥰

At Alive Beach House each room includes air conditioning and a safety deposit box. The location and stylish beach chic of this place was amazing, not to mention the staff are so caring and attentive. Love the yoga every day, the surf instructors, the amazing hammocks, views from the second floor and the ceviche! NYE was very special with a bonfire and sparklers. Would def return for my next surf vacay in el transito.

I really liked the hospitality, the comfort of the room, and the tranquility of the place. Everything was excellent, I would definitely come back.

Had to walk up the beach a bit for easier waves but waves right outside the door for more advanced surfers. The vibe was amazing , everyone , guest , staff, volunteers all so welcoming and warm!
