It’s a beautiful hotel, clean, comfortable beds, a yummy breakfast served to the room and it’s 200 steps to an amazing beach! The kitchenette allowed us to cook some of our own meals.

Cocal Beach is 1.6 km from the accommodation. Cancún International Airport is 160 km from the property. We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is really clean (I consider myself quite demanding in this regard). The kitchen was well equipped. Just keep in mind that the local shops are not that well supplied, so better arrive with some essentials if you want to cook. The hotel is not directly at the beach, but I think it is really not necessary since it is super close anyway. This is a super calm spot that is a little remote. So yes there might be some power outages (we had 2 during our 5 days stay for 1-2 hours), but no problem at all. The garden chill zone is great.
