We loved everything about this place. It was clean, charming and quiet with gorgeous pool area and most delicious breakfast. It was only a one night stay but definitely we’ll be back! The owners are great, they make sure you have a perfect time. The apartment is great, we didn't even expect to stay at such a nice place for 25 euros that we later regretted not planning to stay for a few more days earlier. I can bet you wouldn't have any expectation unmet. The place is kinda in the middle of where the bus station and old town center is. Ulcinj is definitely worth visiting and while you are at it, don't bother to search another place. 10/10. If we ever come back we will make sure it's gonna be a couple more days and in Kenzy Apartments.

The room had a sea view and the balcony was equipped with chairs, table and umbrella to enjoy some sea breeze even on a sunny day. Good parking space by the house, which is located short distance away from the buzz of the city promenade. Price is very reasonable for the high level of comfort, cleanness and friendly attitude. Our stay was so pleasant that after unexpectedly coming back to Ulcinj couple days after our first stay, we chose this accommodation again.

The hotel is perfectly placed far from everything. Quiet place, the only noise you have - is the sound of the waves. The facilities are new and fresh, rooms are well furnished and have almost all you need for a comfortable stay. The hosts are wonderful people always happy to help and provide assistance. Breakfasts are exquisite. We stayed for three nights and all three time breakfast was different. Highly recommend if you want to rest in a quiet place after a hard business week or stressful events in life.

This apartment exceeded all our expectations. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly, always available to answer any questions we had. The apartment itself was spotless, modern, and fully equipped, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The location is also fantastic; just a few minutes' walk to the beach, and nearby bakeries, shops, and restaurants added extra convenience to our stay. Everything we needed was within easy reach, so we didn’t even need a car. Overall, we were very satisfied and will definitely return! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect holiday in Montenegro.

Quiet residential street considering only 1 street away from commercial area,markets and shops Walking takes15 min to center about 25 min. to main beach and old town. 10 minutes to the bus station, There is parking on site.Kitchen sufficed. Good hot water. Highly recommend.
