We liked design and layout of the apartment, it’s brand new and cosy. The building has nice design, the village looks like real village, very clean and tidy. The service was quick and responsive, everything was smooth and intuitive. Despite the fact that we didn’t book early check in, we were let to use apartment from 13:00, and it was very comfortable for us, it was very client oriented! WiFi works good on all territory. Territory is comfortable and very nice to walk around, lots of restaurants and cafes, some shops, everything is new. Lovely beaches around the property, there 2 beaches within walking distance and 2 beaches reachable with free taxi boat provided by Lustica bay. Towels and sunbeds are provided by the beach service also for free. The pool is just outside the terace, shared with other 3-4 aparts in the building.

Incredible stay, it had everything we needed for either a short or a long stay. The owner Alena greeted us there and also asked what time we were leaving on our last day just to say goodbye which adds a perfect touch to how kind and caring the owners were the entire stay. Beach / sea is within a minute walking distance, beautiful scenery all around and the apartments themselves were spotless and came fully equipped.

We were looking for a location that was not too close to other people, so this was a perfect location for us. The house is nice and clean and has everything you need. The hosts are extremely friendly, helpful, and supportive. You can approach them with all your questions at any moment and get help and support. You can enjoy the swimming pool or the sea. Nearby, within walking distance, you can swim and also rent a kayak or a SUP.

This is a perfect spot for a relaxing holiday. The apartment looks exactly like it does in the pictures, with a balcony offering a beautiful view of the sea. It's equipped with everything you might need—even a dishwasher. The host is very nice, friendly, and helpful. It takes less than a minute to reach the beach (you don’t even have to cross a road), where two personal sunbeds were waiting for us. The sea is clean and calm—perfect for swimming and tanning. There are two restaurants nearby: one is more fancy, and the other offers a more local, casual experience.

Very spacious apartment with stunning views of the Bay of Tivat. The apartment had everything we needed and wasn’t cluttered with other stuff. We liked that we didn’t have to take a taxi to dinner or to the grocery store. Everything was within walking distance. Our host was very helpful and responsive when we had questions. We enjoyed daily swims and taking in the view from the veranda of the mountains sweeping down to the water.
