Nice little B&B, Ibi is a very friendly host. It´s a very simple set-up, but all that I needed, clean and a nice warm shower. We stayed 2 nights (Feb 15-17) with Maison 250 in a Superior Room. Why do we easily give an excellent rating? The lovely, super hospitable owners and managers Chris and Craig The Riad was remodeled by them to an extremely upscale and tasteful standard Just opened in Sep 2024 - everything brand new Extremely tasteful, thought through and high-end interior and decoration Great location just behind the medina wall at the south-east corner in the medina with a few minutes’ walk to the parking place (if you have your own car as we had this is very handy) We loved our room on the upper floor with windows to the outside and to the atrium - a lot of day light in the room which is not common for Riads. Room was big and cozy at the same time. Great roof terraced. A clear top recommendation! Follow the recommendation of the owners for restaurants (we e.g. loved La Couple within a 15-minute walk) The riad is a perfect relaxed fit to the relaxed atmosphere of Essaouira. This is an easy return for us (we live in the NL and there are convenient flights to Essaouira)

Great place to relax, very spacious, comfortable and perfectly equipped villa with everything you could possibly need (we even had an electric orange juicer to make our own juice). Great and clean pool with comfy loungers, bbq area, playground for kids, washing machine and tumble dryer Located just off the road to Agadir but you can hardly hear the traffic and it's not too heavy anyway. 15 mins drive to Essaouira and just 5 mins to a nearby village with shops, cafes and grills. Really good local and authentic Sunday market in Had Draa just 30 minutes away. This was the best place ever in Morocco within this budget. 100% recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at House of Omm. The place is beautifully stylish, with clean and comfortable rooms. There are lovely seating areas both indoors and outdoors, and if you feel like cooking, the kitchen is well-equipped for it. The rooftop terrace is perfect for stargazing. Nicola is incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. If you're in the area, this is definitely the place to relax and unwind.
