We were happy that the architecture was specifically designed to have minimal impact on the environment, whilst still offering ultimate luxury and comfort. Our accommodation was outstanding, every aspect and requirement has been considered and the interior design was so impressive! Every single staff member is beyond courteous and helpful!! Our safari was unforgettable! A special thank you to our driver, Suranga and ranger, Kasun who provided 40 minutes of exclusive viewing of a gorgeous female leopard!!! The restaurant experience is superb, the local chef has the most amazing skills! Every meal was delicious and beautifully presented! Our waitress, Viraji was delightful and our spa treatments were fabulous!! Our host, Sashika was so helpful and attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed to maximise our experience! Our expectations have been well exceeded and we cannot wait to return to this magical place! Thank you ❤️

The property features sea views and is 24 km from Bundala Bird Sanctuary and 31 km from Situlpawwa. The campground has a fitness room, sun terrace and outdoor fireplace, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant. The location was amazing, quiet, next to the beach, with a very nice terrace and restaurant area. The staff was extremely friendly, kind and helpful. They also brought us a cake as they know one of us had birthday. Really recommended!

Situated in Kirinda, near Nidangala Beach and Kirinda Temple, Kingfisher Beach Resort-Yala Safari is a recently renovated property, featuring, an open-air bath and garden. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. Guests can make use of the outdoor fireplace or the children's playground, or enjoy views of the pool and garden. I recently stayed at Kingfisher Beach Resort, and it was an incredible experience! The resort is amazing, with clean and spotless rooms that are spacious and comfortable – plenty of room to relax. One of the highlights of our trip was a lovely beach BBQ that was very special to us. It created such a warm and unforgettable memory.A special mention to Shehan, who truly made our stay memorable. He’s a fantastic chef, skilled therapist, and an excellent guide. Thanks to him, we had the chance to see a leopard and a bear – such a thrilling experience.I highly recommend Kingfisher Beach Resort to everyone. Thank you, Shehan, for your hospitality. Treasure Rock, a property with a shared lounge, is situated in Kirinda, a few steps from Nidangala Beach, 15 km from Tissa Wewa, as well as 24 km from Bundala Bird Sanctuary. There is an in-house restaurant, plus free private parking and free WiFi are available. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. I did not stay here while in Kirinda due to limited space (the owner and I connected on Whatsapp and he helped in finding me another property nearby) but most of the people in my group did. I wanted to write a review based on my experience with the property and the communication with the host when they realized that they were double booked. We had dinner for 16 there and it was amazing. The Host family is great and the property is in an amazing location. My friends that stayed there loved it. It’s a little bit more expensive than some of the other options but from what I could see it’s worth it!
